Years 7 & 8 SSV Netball – Gippsland Round
Our Year 7 & 8 Girls Netball teams have had a highly successful day at the recent School Sport Victoria Netball competition Gippsland Finals. Both teams put in some very impressive performances to go through undefeated from their three games.
Year 7s
Game 1 defeated Trafalgar SC 48-10
Game 2 defeated Nagle SC 47-10
Game 3 defeated Mary Mackillop 32-6
Year 8s
Game 1 defeated Lowanna 41-13
Game 2 defeated Nagle SC 32-11
Game 3 defeated Wonthaggi SC 24-17
Both teams have now qualified as one of the best eight schools in Victoria, and will compete at the SSV State Finals on Friday September 6th at the Waverley Netball Centre. Awesome work girls!
