Marian’s Kitchen
Our VET hospitality students, under the guidance of chef Nathan Smith, put on a ‘Marian’s Kitchen’ Open Day once a term for College staff. The latest Marian’s Kitchen was held on Thursday May 24th. Offering a set menu, the day serves as a valuable training opportunity for the students. There are no pre orders or bookings, instead orders are taken on the day to simulate real life industry cafe experience. Fifty one meals were served on Thursday.
