Equestrian Victoria Interschool State Championships

During the school holidays, students represented the College at the Equestrian Victoria Interschool State Championships held at the National Equestrian Centre in Werribee. The 4-day event featured 468 qualified riders and 628 horses.  CCS placed 10th overall and successes were shared amongst all the riders. We would like to congratulate Emily Kelly who, after placing 2nd in the secondary senior 100cm showjumping, has qualified for the National Team.

Individual results:

Emily Kelly

  • 2nd overall Secondary Senior 100cm Showjumping.
  • 4th overall Secondary Senior 80cm Showjumping.

Gracie Gartung

  • 5th 90cm Showjumping 2 round event.
  • 5th 80cm Showjumping 2 round event.
  • 6th over all Intermediate Preliminary Dressage.

Mady Arndt

  • 8th, 9th, 4th in each of the Showjumping events finishing in 6th overall in the senior 80cm showjumping.

Grace Liepa

  • 8th in combined Training Secondary 95cm.

Matilda March

  • 7th in Intermediate 80cm Showjumping.
  • 9th in Preliminary Dressage.
